Gippsland is well known for its Pinot Noir. We have a large selection of reds from the area, including Sangiovese Tempranillo, Shiraz Sangiovese and Shiraz Grenache among many others.
Our wood-fired pizzas, freshly made by Andreas, are made with as much Gippsland produce as we can source.

Holgates Road, Pinot Noir - DIRTY THREE - Inverloch A Pinot that sits more in the earthy dark fruits spectrum rather than the bright red fruits. Holgates Rd tends to have the most complex fruit characters of all our wines, a herbal edge to the dark cherry and slightly wild, earthy flavours. The wine has the most robust structure of any of our wines and so is likely to age well. |
